Also, interval training is a great way to lose fat as well. Interval training is different than same speed cardio because you go back and forth between high and low intensities. For example, you might warm up and then go 2 minutes slow and then 1 minute fast, then repeat 3-6 times. This works you harder for shorter periods of time, and is a great way to increase your metabolism!
